Using the tool, step by step

Three tabs plus a contact-finder. That's the tool.

Profile

Your products, story, and brand live here. The pitch generator reads it, so the more you fill in, the sharper every draft. Fill it once.

Discover

Tell it where you are and what you're selling. It finds restaurants, grocers, and co-ops nearby and scores each on fit. Skim, keep your ten best, dismiss the misses.

Find the email

A pitch to info@ usually dies. Open a prospect and use Find email to get the actual buyer or chef and their address — so your note reaches a person who can say yes. Add any contacts you already have.

Outreach

The tool drafts a short, specific pitch in your voice — what you raise, why it fits them, and a clear next step (usually a sample). Read it, make it sound like you, approve, send. Log the reply.

Pipeline

Your board of buyers by stage (Contacted → Replied → Sampling → Won). Drag to move, open to see contacts, notes, and the next suggested touch. When a buyer goes quiet, the tool drafts a gentle follow-up and tells you when to send it.

The rhythm

Send five. Reply same-day. Get samples into hands fast — that's where wholesale deals turn. Each weekend, mark who's warm and line up next week's ten.
