Here's the entire process before you touch a button — so it feels familiar when you do.
- Set your offer. Pick one program and one price (Card 03). You can change it later; just start.
- Find buyers. The tool searches companies near you and scores each on fit. Keep your ten best.
- Draft the pitch. For each company, the tool writes a short pitch in your voice, using your products and story from your profile. You read it, fix anything that doesn't sound like you, and approve.
- Send. Five a day is plenty. "Good and sent" beats "perfect and in drafts."
- The pipeline tracks it. Every company sits at a stage — Contacted, Replied, Interested, Won. You always know who's where.
- Follow up. Most yeses come on the second through fourth polite check-in, not the first hello. The tool tells you when each one is due, and drafts it. After several touches with no reply, it flags the lead as quiet so you stop chasing ghosts.
- Close. When someone bites, you confirm the program, the count, and the price, and send an invoice.
- Fulfill. You pack and deliver (or ship). One contact, one invoice — that "easy" is part of what they're paying for.
- It comes back. Log the account. Next year the tool reminds you to reach out before they shop elsewhere.
The key mindset: this is a process with a built-in delay. Messages you send this week turn into yeses two to six weeks out. Keep feeding the top of the pipeline and the closes take care of themselves.
